Question for guys and girls

Do more girls tend to be acceptive of gays compared to guys?

Not necessarily. I think its just homophobic males are more vocal about their opinions than homophobic females; it gives us the idea that more males tend to hate on gays than females, but its inaccurate, because its based solely on how many people are SAYING and MAKING IT KNOWN that they despise/fear gays, as opposed to counting everyone, including those who keep it locked up inside and don't make it known to the world that they HATE or FEAR gays.

Another thing though, is that girls find it easier to have gay guy friends, because they know they have this GUY who they can talk to about girl things and who they don't have to worry about coming on to them, etc. Whereas a guy may find it awkward to be friends with a gay guy, for fears that the gay guy may come on to him.
