hey all...i have a quick question...i 16 and i'm far into puberty...lots of pubes, ass and gooch hair, leg hair, chest hair, backhair, facial hair and im pretty tall..but there is one problem..when i look at porn or i fantasisze i get a boner but i'm not able to cum when i jerk myself...sometimes a clear fluid comes out but thats it...never the white thick stuff like other guys...do you think i should be concerned???

Depends.
Ask your father, if not too embarrassed, to see how old he was when he was able to have an orgasm.
Or, try it for a longer period.
Cause it normally takes people 5-10 minutes to have an orgasm.. so just try a little longer.
If not, ask your parents for a Physical, and he could probably diagnose you with something.

When you stop jerking yourself do you reach orgasm or do you just get bored and stop? If you reach orgasm then listen to Jalin if you aren't reaching orgasm then jerk for a longer period of time.

I would say you are just a late bloomer.

However, since you are 16 and are pretty far in puberty, and still can't produce semen, I would ask your doctor next time you see him if you are worried.

thats hard cause if you are getting a clear fluid them you are cumming and that means it will gradually get more and more in the amount and also it will slowly turn white so i think you are fine

Yeah, if you aren't reaching orgasm then it's pre-cum your secreting. If you do reach orgasm, then yeah if you want see your doctor but most likely you just haven't started producing sperm yet. Everyone grows at different rates, some make sperm before they grow armpit hair, others grow armpit hair before they make sperm. I say just give yourself some time.

The fact that you are getting a "clear fluid" is a great sign as that show that you are producing seminal fluid. My guess is that your first ejaculation is going to happen really soon as your body finally came online with regards to seminal fluid production which is the first step required to ejaculate. It is true that you are a late bloomer, but there was this one guy around here who was 17 and did not experience his first ejaculation then. He was exactly like you in terms of developing everything else a guy does, but he did not ejaculate. In short, your first ejaculation is going to happen soon based upon your producing seminal fluid (the clear fluid), and I would be a little more patient. Clearly, if you are 17 going on 18 and not producing semen, then I would talk with your doctor.

Don't worry about not being able to cum at your age as there are a minority of guys out there like you, and your situation is a lot more common than you think.

Based upon your description above you are ejaculating. You just have not started sperm production, yet, but there is usually a 6-9 month lag time between when a boy starts producing seminal fluid and the actual production of sperm. My thinking is that you are pretty much mature right now, and unless you are looking to have a kid at 16, then you are doing fine in terms of ejaculating.
