Anorexia is a mental illness that keeps you from eating food because of many different reasons, be it abuse, fear, etc.

It's not just being skinny. If you eat fine, your friends were just calling you anorexic because you are skinny, not because they really think you don't eat. It's a pretty common to call someone anorexic as a joke, if they are really skinny or seem to not eat very much at lunch (at my school at least).

If you eat fine, then you are not anorexic. The reason that you are skinny is simply because you have a fast metabolism.

anorexia is something where people have a problem and don't eat because their mind is wapred in some way. it's how people cope with other problems.

If you eat normally, but are just thin, then you cannot be anorexic

And, by the way, BOYS CAN GET THIS TO, it's not unheard of, it's simply that people 'assume' it's a girl disorder
