i dont think by best comparison is dogs like they loose there baby teeth like 3months into life so i really dont think it ahs stuff to do with puebert but i might be wrong..... also ive never seen anything about puberty that has to do with teeth

Nope, they aren't connected. You loose your baby teeth when your new ones are pushing down on them, which has little to do with puberty.
