I just have a lt of uncertainty about how STDs are transmitted.
I've answered some of them, but i need confirmation

If we have sex, can:

She get pregnant? Yes
She get an STD? Yes
I get an STD?

But if i don't cum, can:

She get pregnant?
She get an STD?
I get an STD?

And if i use a condom:

Can she get pregnant? Yes, but improbable
Can she get an STD? yes, but improbable
Can I get an STD?

If we have oral:

Can she get pregnant? No
Can she get an STD?
Can I get an STD?

But if i don't cum:

Can she get pregnant? No

Summary: STI's can only be transmitted if one partner is infected. Sex alone doesn't cause STI's, you need one person to be infected.

Anything wet coming out of an erect penis has the possibility of causing pregnancy. There are literally millions of sperm in pre cum, you do NOT need to ejaculate to release sperm!

Wait. You can't get pregnant from oral sex, regardless of ejaculation. If you have vaginal sex but don't ejaculate, she CAN get pregnant.

I get an STD? Yes, you can get a STD if neither of you are virgins. However, if both of you are virgins, then it is not possible to get a STD as they do not appear out of no where. If either you or your partner are not virgins, then doing a STD test is a must.

But if i don't cum, can:

She get pregnant? I am inclined to say yes. All because you did not feel yourself ejaculate doesn't mean that some semen did not escape. Sex is an intense activity, and there is always the possibility that some semen leaked out. It is for that reason why you should use a barrier like a condom especially if your girlfriend is not on birth control.

She get an STD? Not all STDs are fluid borne, and you still have to keep in mind about skin-to-skin STDs such as pubic lice as well as several others which are not trasmitted through fluids. If you have a skin borne STD, then you can easily spread it.

I get an STD? Yes, again, because not all STDs are fluid based.

And if i use a condom:

Can she get pregnant? Yes, but the risk is lower but NOT improbable. Condoms can slip and break during sex, and condoms are not 100% reliable. Your best way of protection is for the girl to be on birth control. Using a condom in tandeum with birth control gives you near total protection.

Can she get an STD? Yes, and it is quite probable to spread a STD. As mentioned above not all STDs are fluid borne, and you can still spread a skin based STD.

Can I get an STD? Yes, as you can still get a skin borne STD.

If we have oral:

Can she get pregnant? No
Can she get an STD? Yes, as there are documented cases of girls getting STDs in their throats

Can I get an STD? It is possible especially if the girl has contracted a STD in her mouth/throat area and she has sores in her mouth. Even if sores are not present she can still spread viruses if she has come into contact with contaminated semen and/or people

But if i don't cum:

Can she get pregnant? Yes/No. You cannot know for certain whether or not some semen escaped as it is entirely possible, and you cannot account for that with certainty
Can she get an STD? Yes, skin to skin transmission is always a possibility with STDs. Also, you are still coming into contact with vaginal or anal fluids depending on your method of sex, and an infected penis can easily spread infections even if you don't ejaculate.
Can I get an STD? Yes, again, don't forget about skin-to-skin infections.

And if i use a condom:

Can she get pregnant? Yes/no. Condoms are not 100% perfect, and there is always a chance that if the condom is not used properly or some mishap happens that the condoms will not be a total barrier for you. It is for that reason why you should always have a back up plan such as your girlfriend knowing where to get the morning after pill if she is not on a regular birth control prescription.
Can she get an STD? Yes, skin to skin infections is still a possibility, and you can get one, too, if she has a STD.
Can I get an STD? Yes, condoms only protect again fluid borne STDs and not against skin-to-skin infections.
