Looking Down sleaves( armpit hair)

Ok, those of that follow me know i have no armpit hair. Because i am 13 and basicly the only one in class who has none. Is it ok for me to look down a kids sleave when he is not looking or watch his armpits while he changes.

Sure! I just wouldn't be too obvious about it though. It isn't like you're trying to look down there pants. As stated before, don't be too obvious. A glance is fine.

I did it before my armpit hair began to grow in, I still do it every know and then, totally normal

Yes, that's fine. I once did this by accident with my friend back in September, I had none at all, and he just raised his arm and he had a LOT. I literally stared at it until he asked me why I was staring at him.
