Yeah.
That's a problem, and you know it.

Simply *eating* isn't going to make you someone who's 'big' when you're older.
it'll keep you alive and healthy

If you eat sensibly, you needn't worry about getting fat (although you may need some excersize as well though); in fact, not eating can be worse for you so be sure that you do.

Of course, not eating may not always be about weight; anorexic sufferers are more likely to say they do it for control, and bulimic sufferers are more likely to say they do it because they feel out of control when they eat. Of course, weight plays a part, low self esteem/poor self image obviously plays a part, but we cannot feel fat; it's not a feeling. Sometimes, those with eating disorders associate fat with feelings, therefore when you feel angry/upset, you may feel fat, and this may lead to eating disordered behavior or make the urges a lot worse and harder to battle back against.

Eating disorders are extremely complex, and very serious. You need to reach out for some support/help. This may be the start of an eating disorder, and if it is, it will be easier to nip in the bud, or you may already be in the midst of one, either way, help/support should be sought.

Go to your doctor and print this off or write down how you feel about food and also in yourself perhaps? Maybe you could send it as a letter if you feel that meeting face to face is too hard.
