Okay, Thomas helped me understand this.

However, to answer your question, which I am pretty sure was does the size of breasts correspond with the alphabet, yes.

The scale is based on the first few letters on the alphabet. So an A cup, would be the smallest breasts and an F cup (which is rare) is the largest cup...I actually think that F isn't the largest.
Also, take note that sometimes the letters are doubled, which means they are bigger also. For instance DD cups is larger than D cups.

Starts at AA which is basically for "flat chested" girls who have visible nipples through their tops and the world's largest (natural) is a KK... A-C cup is average and aa lot easier to find and anything D+ is considered large and usually cost more too.

Like John said, some letters are doubled or even tripled to show that they are uncomfortable in the single letter but just a little too small for the next one.
