It is never normal for it to be painful to urinate, and you should seek medical attention if you are having painful urination without a doubt.

As for your foreskin, if your foreskin is too tight, then I would recommend that you perform the stretching excercises to loosen it up. If you cannot get it loosened, then don't worry as that is common. When you go into the doctor's office about your urinary issues, then talk about your foreskin, too.

While this is not a substitute for medication drinking cranberry juice is a good way to alleviate some of the symptoms of urinary pain. However, please do consult with a doctor for your genital-urinary issues as what you are describing sounds like you might need some professional help.

The reality is women get urinary problems all of the time, and your Mother herself probably sees the doctor every so often for a urinary tract infection. All you have to do is tell your Mum that you are having trouble urinating, and that will be enough. Trust me, especially with your Mother most likely have had urinary issues herself especially when she was pregnant with you she is not going to give you a hard time. In the unlikely event she asks you why do not tell her what is going on, then just tell her you would feel most comfortable talking to a doctor.

On a side note, if you get a female doctor, then don't worry. Doctors are doctors, and they are there to help you. However, if you absolutely need to see a male doctor, then make your preferences clear up front.

Basically, don't be scared as we all were like you. Just be honest with your Mum that you are having issues with urination, and she will help you. No sane parent wants to see their kid hurting.

no, hyposadas, its a complication at birth. You don't have a hole to pee out of in the glans, but slightly below, on the shaft. Sometimes the hole becomes too small and causes pain if not treated. (the doctor told me)
