We have a kitten.

she lies on her side and when you walk past she reaches out, stretching her paws, and looks longingly into your eyes,

and in her silent way she says
"touch me",
"stroke me",
"speak gently to me and tell me that you love me",
"you own me and I love you".

I am that kitten.
Reaching, stretching, longing for my owners touch
