Go to your doctor, if they suggest weight loss is needed, they will help you achieve that.

if you don't want to go to your doctor, or you disagree, then do the simples thing- excercise

lol

it works, even if its only like 5 sit-ups a night, provided that you gradually increase how much you do, you will see a difference, don't start at too much if you do attempt sit ups or other abdominal exercises

have fun

Basically, make sure you have a good breakfast (porridge or something like that) to give you energy, and then two or three meals throughout the day to keep your energy levels up. Don't snack if you don't need to, but if you feel hungry around 10 or 11am for example, keep some fruit or low-fat crisps (although I wouldn't recommend crisps every day) handy. Eat lots of fish and veg, and don't drink fizzy juice. I tend to have decaffeinated coffee, so that it doesn't mess my energy levels up. Also only eat as much as you need to, never eat if you're not actually hungry. We all end up only eating everything on our plates because it's there, rather than because we need to, when in reality a lot of food can be kept for another day. Also, only eat PROPER food. No ready meals or anything.
Also, if you have the opportunity to, go for a walk. Think to yourself 'Do I NEED to get the bus? Or could I just walk?' - you might save some money as well.
Get your bike out, or go swimming at least once or twice a week. Also, like someone else suggested do some small exercises in your home, like 5 sit ups a night. Someone once suggested to me, that every time a commercial comes on, they run up and down the stairs in their house until the show starts to keep themselves from getting sluggish whilst watching TV.

Sorry, that was a long reply.. let me know if any of it helps!
