I am asuming that you are refering to what jumps out at me the most so I'd say: eyes, height and clothes. I haven't voted for "Get to know them first before judgement.." since the question actually asked you for what you notice, not how you judge them; there's a difference.

I noticed that they've walked into the room, I agknowledge their presence before I see what they are wearing,etc.
