ok, so i am having quite some difficulty with my cutting
i have stopped but i just want to pick up that blade or anything and just cut until i'm left breahtless
i don't wannna do it
so can anyone give me any ideas to avoid it?

I'm having the same problem.. i really wish i could help you, because if your anything like me, i would be anything to quite.. but it's all too hard.. so i end up in a spiral.. i get in the mood to do it because i feel like a failure, and being in a shitty cause i want to do it doesn't help, so i end up cutting, i really wish i could help you.. I know exactly what you mean sweetie...I stopped cutting too and it is VERY HARD to resist....It's not going to be easy though...you just have to fight it with all you've got and don't give up. You CAN DO THIS!!! I know YOU can! I haven't cut in like a week or two...you can do it too hun, I believe in you! You are not a failure until you give up trying...Please don't give up...Please do not cut. You can and will get through this! If you ever need to talk I am here for you...just PM me...
