If anyone has questions or answers about non-surgical foreskin restoration (i.e. tugging methods), post here.
I've got to go, but I'll post my own thoughts and some good links I have later today.
Alright...
There are three basic methods of non-surgical foreskin restoration (lets just say NSFR from now on, shall we?), and I'll at least get to one of them right now. They are: device, tape, and manual, and they all work on the same principle. If you put tension on skin, it will grow to accomodate. This is the same reason a pregnant woman's stomach can expand so large.
That's th first thing to get clear--you're not actually stretching, even though the word is sometomes used.
1. DEVICE
Device methods are by far the most varied, but they all work about the same. First, one part of the device (usually bell-shaped) is placed over the head of the penis. Next, the shaft skin is rolled up onto the bell and secured in place with tape, a rubber band, or the like. Then, something is used to pull the skin outward, putting tension on it. This could be simply the weight of the device, a spring-loaded pusher that pushes against the head, straps that attach to the leg or elsewhere, or (if you're just getting started and don't have a lot of skin) just the tension created by rolling the skin onto the bell.
----------------------------------
I'll get some links to photos up later, and also talk about tape and manual methods, some pros/cons, and how it actually works.
In the mean time, feel free to put up your questions, experiences, etc.

As Anthony said, do not post pictures or links to pictures as you said.
