Advice?

Hey everybody, I have a little problem concerning a girl that I like. So me and this girl both like each other and we went to the movies last sunday. Everything went fine but after the movie she tells me that shes sorry if shes been leading me on the past few weeks, she doesnt really want a boyfriend because shes going to be gone half of the summer and doesnt want to start and end it so quickly. But she said that she still likes me. My first question, is she just saying that she doesnt want a boyfriend because she doesnt like me, then told me she does to reassure me this isn't the reason. Shes kind of shy, and maybe she thinks it will hurt my feelings? Idk. And then my second quesiton, if she still likes me, which i believe to be true, is it ok for us to have a sort of friends-with-benefits type thing? I still want to see her and hang out with her, but I understand that she doesn't want a serious relationship. Is that okay? Or should I just back off?

Okay, so to be honest, you're just slightly overreacting here. She does like you, otherwise she wouldn't have gone to the movies with you, and what she is telling you is true. You should take this as pretty much a big thank you, so don't get your hopes down or anything. For now, the friends with benefits thing sounds pretty good, if shes okay with it.
