Firstly, I would suggest that you check out the following video which might assist you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALOKiXe1mSQ&feature=related
To be frank, shaving is just one of those things you absolutely need to learn with a live person, and it is really hard, if not impossible, to adequetely explain how to shave through words. Videos do offer some guidance, but nothing can ever take the place of an actual person helping you. Ideally, your Father should be the one who should help you, and you should ask him for guidance. If your Father is not a part of your life, then ask an older brother, older male cousin, or uncle to help you. If all else fails, then go to your Mum or guardian and be open about your issue and put the onus on her for her to find someone to help you. This may be a stretch, but if you have a sister and she has a boyfriend, then I suppose you could ask her to ask him to help you. Basically, try not to shave alone, and get someone to help you.

yes try and ask an older male to help you out with this, but one piece of advice i can give you is to always shave downwards and not to the side or anything like that, or you may cut yourself :(

When you have all the stuff you need..
Just remember; follow your face & and its features, don't try to force the blade.. It has to go smoothly with little force.
And first go with the hair and then against the hair. And take your time

Also try and tighten the skin, tense your cheeks, and around the lips kind of push your lips into your teeth. Sorry... It's quite hard to explain!

First off, you need a few things: Shaving razor, shaving cream, and post shave lotion.
Once you have these things then you're good to go. Take a shower first to soften the hairs and open the pores. Once out of the shower, take a little bit of cream and put it on the area where you need to shave. The most important things about shaving are to NEVER mash the razor into your skin, NEVER force the blande, ALWAYS be gentle with the bland, and always use warm water. I use a Fusion blade, which has 5 shaving blades and a trimmer for the upper lip hair. I would recommend getting this because you get an extremely close shave.
Always make sure to never drop the blade or toss it when you finished, as this can damage a blade and put knicks in it, which cause you to cut yourself with the blade. If it ever drops, put a new blade on. Also remember to keep yourself relaxed, i.e don't flinch and keep your muscles lax. Do all of this, and you'll have a clean face without any red :)

take your upper lip and press and pull on your lower lip, this should create tenision on your upper lip area. Make sure you dont make it to tense, also you lots of shaving cream, also if you do it right after coming out of the shower.
