Really im not so big i would say i about 20-25 pounds over weight so I was wondering if i only ate fruits and water with nothing else for about a month with a lil excercise on the tredmill machine do you guys think that would help me lose my man boobs n some of my stomach

yea, it should work but i suggest eating a normal diet, u could get real sick with out a normal diet

To be honest guys, i'd rather help him out than worry about where this should go.
I'm a member of my local gym. I spend about 2 hours there about twice a week. It's a great way to socialise as well. Just do 10 mins on a treadmill or cross trainer and gradually increase time.
I'm sure your doctor can give you some great advice as well. They say eat 5 fruti and veg a day. To me that's unrealistic but I do my best. Instead of getting a chocolate bar from a vending machine, grab an apple.
Cut down on the fizzy drinks - water is the best option but it tastes crap. Get some flavoured water like I do and try to cut down on snacking between meals. Pasta and white bread should be avoided

I have the same problems. Try going out running everyday, I'm also kind of... yeah. But now, even 20 minutes a day, just go out at night if you're too embarassed. Got an I-Pod? Take it with you, make a 20 minute long playlist to listen to while running. You don't have to run straight for 20 minutes, just run as far as you can, rest and walk, and repeat until you feel too tired, or until 20 minutes are up. Try to increase the amount of time gradually every 2 months, 1 month, and finally, week. It'll help a lot.
