I dno if itd exactly be considered as a disorder or not. But I seem to be constantly eating. When Im bored, watching a movie I dno I just always have kinda been chubby. You cant tell by my face or anything but its all hidden under clothes.

At one point I was getting up 3 times a week, going for a 6km run, coming back going on an ergo for 2 6 minute sets, then hitting the weights room. Did that for about 10 weeks and didnt see that much of a change.

Right now I do soccer training twice a week for an hour n a half, and have a game on Saturday.... I seem to be putting on weight.

I dont like the way my body looks. Sometimes I try set out a diet or go for a run every morning, I end up following it for 2 days and then I just dont do it anymore.

I reaaaallly wanna loose weight, I just dno what to do cos the exercise doesnt work and yeh.. Any advice from people with a similar problem?

Well, do you eat when you are feeling emotional? Boredom eating is quite common, especially amoungst young people.

You don't need to go on a diet. You need to change your lifestyle. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This will help speed up your metabolism. Spread them out though. Or, just have 3 meals a day and have healthy snacks inbetween, like fruit or nutri-grain bars. Cut out most, if not all, junk. If you have caffeine, reduce your intake. Fizzy drinks? Reduce it. Cut out unneccersary junk, however, you do need some fat/sugar, so don't cut it out completely. Make sure you get enough vitamins, too.

Lose this weight GRADUALLY. Sudden weight loss is never good.

It's good you want to do something about this. Well done. Could you see a doctor about this too? Get them to weigh you, height check you, body fat, etc, and if they recommend weight loss, they can also help you with this.

Keep up the exercise, too. It's not all food in losing weight. It's exercise, keeping active, etc.

Goodluck.

You are doing your best to stay fit
but one thing you are not doing is that you are not looking at your calories intake and what you are eating
eat a balanced and normal diet it will show its effectiveness ......

It usually takes at least several months for you to really start noticing results from working out. It's frustrating, but you just have to keep working at it.

maybe your body's going through some changed atm? has it always been this way? just try eating healthily and a well balanced diet, if this fails to work then i suggest going to a doctor or going to see your Gp? have you spoke to your parents about this??
