Do tongues grow during puberty. Cause I'm 15 and mine is really small, doesn't stick out much, and I'm worried I will be a crap kisser cause of it.

Your tongue doesn't grow significantly, no. Your entire body grows, until you reach your final height and stop growing, and your tongue grows along with it. It should just grow proportionately, though.

I'm sure it won't be a problem with kissing. No one likes to literally have a tongue forced down their throat. The real action goes on inside the mouth, not far enough back to trigger the gag reflex. xP You should be just fine; a good kiss does not a long tongue necessarily make. ...If that made any sense.
