People say "its just just hormones a lot and I want to know what exactly is "hormones".

Meh they are just the chemical substances that your body releases that cause all of the changes that happen in puberty. There are all kinds of hormones that do different things, but when it comes to puberty the main ones are testosterone for guys and estrogen for girls. Guys also have a little estrogen and girls have a little testosterone too. But yeah, these hormones are the ones that cause bodies to change as well as the interest in sex.

the chemicals your pubitary gland in your brain releases to cause multiple changes in your body causing mood swings,sexual intrests,puberty growth(also controls how fast u go through puberty in certain areas in your body),and maybe irrectoins and pre ejeculations...and a lot more(my fingers hurt)
