first is the time between you can post is like 60 seconds right? well i think that shouldnt apply when editing a post because sometimes ill notcie a mistake right after i post it and its annoying to wait 60 seconds before i can fix it

second is i think we should force people to use proper grammar and punctuation (even though im not now if this was enforced i would happily type correctly) if we dont they will never learn and it would make the place look more professional

I think the time is actually 15-20 seconds (or something close to that realm). And as long as their post is readable, then everything's fine. The site actually doesn't need to look professional - we aren't in a business, we are teens posting in forum :P

so do ya tinx dat we shld jus lettem writ lik stupid fuxxerss. nah we shld mak som restrictions. word

^^ thats spam in my book. it took me like, quite a bit longer to write it too.. its so stupid, makes people spammers when the write like that constantly.

^^^^ exactly

we should force them to form words that are at least similar to the one found in old webster, if they dont then we give a warning, if they keep doing it, freeze them

ah is freezing them a bit harsh? maybe just encourage them to write more gramatically correct.

i admit it is annoying but freezing is a bit extreme over grammer.

It's 30 seconds, and it's not a long period of time.

Even though I'd like people to type properly, you can't "force" people to do so. If you find someone who types in some overly-abbreviated online talk, encourage them to type more understandably.

we've got a thread somewhere to make fun of people who type like that. It's in someone's diary but I forget whose.

i dont think freezing is harsh

if someone comes on here and cant even type their own language correctly then they should be ina third grade english class learning how to spell

so do ya tinx dat we shld jus lettem writ lik stupid fuxxerss. nah we shld mak som restrictions. word

as i was reading koltes post i had to pause and decypherthis piece of writing, and some people type even worse then that

if we dont force them to do whats right they will never learn

They'll learn if no one helps them, and if people tell them not to type like that. If the post is bad enough to be considered spam, it'll be treated as such.
