Hmm, maybe try applying more pressure to it, and using a LOT of toilet paper so it cant just seep through the small bit and spread easily, seems you either cut deep or have a low platelette count. I have really high platelette count so i dont bleed for long. BUt anyways apply more pressure , from your hand for 20 miutes, then leave with the headband on it for about 20 mis then check it ;)

WHOA! If you've cut your wrists and they've been bleeding for most of the day, they might need stitiches! Get to a doctor, get them checked out.

change it out every couple hours or so.
