Well a good start would be to move this to puberty 101. But I can give advice. Try to do other stuff such as play video games, join after school activities, play an instrument, and try not to think about sex and stuff.

Err, depends. If it is unhealthy (i.e. public masturbation etc.) then you need lots of willpower. If it is healthy (i.e not affecting your life) then I don't think you need to controll it, but activities and geting out and about will give you less time to fap, so should help you cut down. Enjoy!

My advice is why resist? Is a natural and normal activity for all guys so just stay cool and enjoy it.

Masturbation is a perfectly normal function, caused by biology, the sex drive. You can no more successfully "stop" the sex drive (and therefore masturbation), and more than you can prevent yourself from sweating.

The goal always should be to integrate that sex drive into your life in a productive way, so that it is available to you when you want it, but not interferring when it shouldn't.

If you want to avoid masterbating, its not that hard, you just have to keep youself busy, or distracted.
Then there's the question, do you want to stop completely, or just stop ejaculating?
But, as said before. Its just pretty much a mental thing.
Stereotypically, teenage boys think about sex 24/7.
In some cases this is true, on others... ITS A LIEEE!!!! o_O
You just need to keep yourself busy, pick up a job, learn an insttrument, find a good book... or a good series of books... or a whole library in general... Do a sport, if you do one, then spend more time on it, study. What ever. Even a combination of things.
