There are a tonne of guys exactly like you, and the reality is that a boy can start ejaculating as early as 10 and as late as 17 as there have been guys around here from all points of that spectrum. As long as you can get an orgasm you are a getting nearly all of the sensation anyway, and you are lucky you don't have to deal with a mess right now. No one here can tell you with certainty when you will ejaculate, but clear signs that it will happen is when you start producing pre-cum as that is a sign that you are developing.
