1. is there ANY way to get a username that's over 20 charecters and NOT your real name on bebo and/or twitter

2. how do you make backrounds for myspace or xanga {i know they both take 'em}

3. is it an option for facebook?

Nomally i wouldn't bother with anything other than myspace because they all freeze the computer, but my mother is using me as a tech-girl because of some weird book selling business she wants to make.
I don't know why she wants these..but i guess since the idea is selling sci-fi books, having as many social networking pages is a good idea.
Sadly, the only one i really know how to use is myspace..

haha, if anyone knows how, i'd LOVE to know :D

Thanks

1) Not if there's a character limit, no. Although if you're some big organisation / charity you could probs get a longer on in that case.

2) You have to make the images in a program like PhotoShop, upload them somewhere then incorporate the link into the php for the page (I think :S)

3) Nope it isn't an option for Facebook

If i make the image(shouldn't be *too* hard) can you explain how to do that?

To make the image, you need to get photoshop (or something free like GIMP) and import any phots you want / make whatever kinda thing you like. then you upload the image somewhere (like http://imageshack.us) and then incorporate the URL of the image into the code for your myspace. Sorry that I can't be more specific about how to make the image exactly, but there are soooo many things you can do in photoshop that its bit hard to give like a general lesson on how to use it :)

This is a pretty good tutorial on how to set the image youve uploaded as your background: http://backgroundsarchive.com/myspace/

Hope this helps :)

Does the file type matter or does it just have to be able to put in photobucet or someting like that

Lol no probs, and I very much doubt that the file type would matter, I'd recommend going with .jpg or .gif as thse two are the more common ones
