I'm guessing 1995 is your birth year in which case you'll be 13 or 14. Although many guys will be producing thick cum at 14 its not that unusual to have guys who are not quite so advanced with their puberty. There are lots of questions like this, if you look around on here you'll see that lots of other guys are in the same position.

You just need to wait a bit longer, it will sort itself out.
