What would happen if the nuclear bombs were launched? If we lived, my heart would break and I feel like killing myself after thinking about it without getting a bit of sleep and I didn't eat more than 600 calories.

So you thought about all of this because of a movie? Movies can have a powerful effect on people...but you can't let it take contol of your life...It's not even real...yeah sure it could happen but you can't spend your life worrying..and being afraid of what could happen...it's like asking what if? all the time....I know this may be kind of harsh on you..but this is just what I thought...I know I will read some posts and they'll seem kind of harsh at first but those are the ones that help the most, most of the time...but please, try and eat more...I know all of this is hard..and I should be taking my own advice myself...because I haven't been eating much either or sleeping...just consider what I said okay? Living out of fear is just not a good way to live. How would you ever be able to enjoy anything if you were always afraid of something that could happen?

I guess that's true... The chances are much too slim.

Here's a suggestion...try and focus on positive things..turn your attention away from the movie to something that is good...or possibly watch a good movie...one that has a better ending...just get your mind off of things...I know thats hard...and think...most of the time you see a movie...and then like a week or two later you totally forget about it...so maybe this will all just pass with time...

I am totally prepared for a nuclear holocaust assuming they don't throw one directly near me. There is no need to worry and get all depressed about, it our you be sad all of your life!

If you survie, it will be just like "normal life", you get up, survive, and go back to sleep. It will be a-bit harder, but still the same principals, plus it means less people are going to be around to bother me.:yeah:

Jk, JK, it would be bad, but you can't just give up because it happens, or even because it might happen. As long as there is a will, there is a way!

You're being optimistic. You can't tell day from night, you have no food or water, it's always cold to death, you can die from fall-out and every waking moment, it's filled with terrible 4th degree burns. Yes, they made a new one for this.
