hi. i have little white lumps on my scrotum and shaft, they dont hurt or anything. i know its not an STD. does anyone know if they will go away

These are completely normal, fordyce spots if I recall correctly

Lots of people have them, they can sometimes be where hair is going to grow in.

I think they are called pearly penile papules, from what I heard.
