Its precum. Pre cum is a clear, sticky liquid that is great lube. Just because it came out when you orgasmed doesn't mean its not precum. Precum can come out the same or different times as cum does. Happens to me all the time. But I produce cum more than precum.

Well that just means you are a late bloomer. I didn't cum til I was twelve, so I'm an early bloomer. Everyone grows differently, physical or internal. So no worries. Its most likely precum from the vague description you gave me.

When i was 13 this was the same thing for me, but im pretty sure its not pre cum. Im 14 and a few months now and although it squirts and is much more thick my cum is still kinda the same colour as it was back then, with maybe a tint of white. I think its just the semenal fluid the sperm travels in, but without the sperm as you can't produce that yet. Over a year or two this should change and become normal :) But maybe im wrong, so listen to others too :)
