Gone back to film recently to see if I can still take pictures without relying on a screen!
Tell me what you think?

(Taken on an EOS 3000 w/ 35-80mm EF)

Nice shots, and kudos for having a go with film again :) I started off on film using my dad's old Canon AE-1, but then got hooked to digital :)

Out of interest, was the fith shot taken in Norwhich?

I prefer to use film, I find the depth of the prints better and I love the excitement of waiting to get the prints back from the developers.

I also like the photos to be just as I took them, to me its cheating to "enhance" them in photoshop or whatever, its should be about the skill with the camera, not skill on the computer.

I like the last one (self portrait) best.

I have quite a lot of kit, both digital and 35mm slr's, so use both

Cheers! And AE-1s are pretty good cameras, had a play with my friends one a couple of times.
I had a a DSLR before, but lost interest in photography. Now back into it (typical!) so I'm buying a DSLR next month hopefully. Will probably carryon using both though!

Yeah it was, on the hill of Castle Meadow, down towards the Royal Arcade. Nice to see someone from my area here :)

Nice! Many nice places round there? Might have to take a ride further afield sometime.

Sutton Bridge (the actual bridge) looks really nice at night, it's lit up quite nicely. If you have a wonder out into some of the fields at sunet you can get some amazing photos because of the flat ground.

Hunstanton is well worth going to at night, I've been out with the camera at like 4 in the morning before and you can get some really nice shots along the front / near the green.

Lynn is pretty good to wonder around in the day, you see some right characters sometimes (like mimes / musicians etc:))
