I never thought that it really did but it does. Im the shortest person ive seen. When will i grow? Im 13 and it doesnt look like puberty wants to kick in.

Late bloomers. Early bloomers. Everyone is different. In this case, you a late bloomer. There's nothing wrong with that though. Puberty lasts for a long time, and you have many years ahead of you. So go on with your daily life and you'll notice sooner or later. :D

At 13 no normal person is going to be full size, and it is really, really common to see kids your size at your age. If anything, I think you are very normal, and you are being way too hard on yourself. If your avatar is your picture, then you are a very nice looking guy; I am honestly surprised that you would have issues with your appearance in that case.

Listen, at your age all of us were like you in that we had doubts whether we were "normal" or like everyone else, and we are quick to find fault with ourselves. Even the guys you may admire for looks have issues with their appearance, and you are not alone. In short, you are fine, and you are still at the beginning of puberty. Puberty is a 4-5 year process, and it takes time to grow.

no, infact size doesn't matter. i'm 19 and i have a 5'' penis erect. i am more than capable of giving my girlfriend an orgasm during sex. so, size truly doesn't matter.
