Is the pain outside or inside?

If it's outside, it could be jock itch, which can be treated very easily with a cream you buy over-the-counter. (I had it once.)

I'd talk to your parents and see if they think you should see a doctor.

i doubt its much, the same thing happens to me occasionally right after masturbating. I think it is just some caught sperm.
