There is something empty about your smile
It must be the pain no one can see
The pain that makes waking up every morning feel like a battle
You don’t think you can win the battle
It’s too hard
The pain inside is worse than the outside
The battle keeps ragging on past your head
The bullets pass through you
Emotional bullets that is
Hurt a lot worse than normal bullets
The pain never goes away
Like a broken bone
Hide your head in his shelter
Let him protect you
Put all your worries in his hands
Let him fight the battle
Hide under his wings like baby birds hide under their parent’s wings
It isn’t helping
Someone save me the bullets are tearing me apart
Someone!
Please!
Someone is watching over you don’t worry
Someone loves you
Someone is watching out for you
Someone loves you no matter how hard things get
Hang on the Calvary is coming to help
There is never the promise of another day
There is never the promise of there next hour
What would you regret not doing?
Saying?
What are we going to regret is the world ends and we never got to say what we always wanted to?
There no promise of the next sunrise
Live everyday like it’s your last
Or we are going to regret never knowing what
Could have happen
