I made this post basically to tell my story. :(

I'm 15 years old, almost 16. I am 5'6'' tall. I am 6'' erect IF i push all my fat down, im like 4.8'' if I don't...

I have zero facial, arm, or leg hair. I have a condition called 'hypothyroidism', which slows down the actions of the thyroid gland. That means that I 'mature' physically at a slower rate. It also means my metabolism is slowed down, which has helped me become obese over the past couple years... I am almost 200 lbs at age 15.

My voice hasn't changed since I was 10. Because of my disease, I have to take medicine every morning, which I may never get off of. I feel short and young compared to my peers.

It sucks!

I'm sorry, it sounds as if you have lot to deal with there.

Your penis size is fine though, well within the normal range, so I'm sure that all the other apsects of puberty will catch up in time.

All the best.

You penis size sounds totally fine, and I think your weight problem is the root of all your problems. Most of the overweight people I have seen tend not to be too hairy, and you really fit into the profile there. My thinking is that if you can somehow address your weight issues you can go a long way to at least looking good. Your thyroid condition is going to complicate a lot of things, and you might never get a deep voice or have all of the characteristics of your peers. However, that does not make you any less masculine, and you are just as good as your equals. At this point you should focus on ensuring that you have a good personality as that can go a long way to overcoming your physical issues. Again, if you can do something about your weight such as being on a restricted diet and ensuring that you are reasonable active, then I would do that to at least have your weight not distract from your overall looks.
