Penis curvatures are totally normal, and masturbating has no impact as to whether or not your penis curves. Penis curvatures are a result in the inbalance of spongy tissue in the penis whose medical term I had forgotten, and the issue is really not a "problem" per se. When you really think about it a vagina (or anus if you are gay) is not perfectly straight, and a curvature is actually a good thing really.

In short, don't worry as you are fine.

I believe this is called peyronies diesease, it's pretty minor, but if it gets really, really bad then you can have surgery. But otherwise it's pretty unnoticable; it's only in really bad cases you need surgery.
Mine bends ever so slightly, I don't think anything's too wrong :) So don't worry

1) It naturally happens to most people, so I woudln't worry too much at this stage

2) As Tommy said, it can be fixed via an operation but it's very unlikely that you'd need to go that far.
