I already don't eat very much as it is, but I usually dont have breakfast, then only have a biscuit/cake & a drink for my lunch, then may not eat all my dinner. And inbetween I tend to eat more sugary foods, and i'm wondering if I am going to cause harm to myself, or make myself ill.
Also I got some glucose tablets today, and i'm wondering that if I eat these, will I put myself in a sugar coma or anything like that etc. Thanks.

I would not take anything without consulting with your doctor first.
Yes, you will cause harm. Serious harm. I'd stop while you're ahead. You do not want to fall into the dark, cold hole of that is an eating disorder. It's deadly, serious, complex and very destroying.
It can cause multiple consequences, but of course, most think it won't happen to them, and when it does, it's already too late because they're dead or dying.
Why do you do this? Do you not have an appetite? Do you feel control when you restrict? Do you think you are fat? What do you feel when you look in the mirror? Do you see food as good or bad?
I'd see a doctor as soon as you can about this, nip it in the bud before it takes over your life and destroys you, but of course, it depends entirely on how long this has been going on for, if it's been going on for a while, the faster you get some help, the better. You need to make that choice though. You may not choose to have an eating disorder, but you can choose to try and recover and seek help for it, and if you are just beginning to develop one, you can choose to get help for it before it's full blown.
Goodluck.

This is someone elses thread, and it's not exactly an eating disorder subject you're on about, so if you would, start a thread for yourself somewhere else if you want feedback or something.

Not really. The OP was talking about restricting and getting some glucose tablets and wondering if she will put herself into a sugar coma, she was not saying "I'm cutting down on sugary snacks" unless I'm missing something here?
Whatever though.

Sarah, people hijack all the time, just ignore it.
OP:
I have NO idea about the glucose tablets, but condensed sugar isn't a good idea
Neither is how little you're eating.
You do need to try to eat food in the afternoon. At least you're eating something for breakfasat, but.. try to eat something later in the day too.
what's going on with you lately..and where did you get the idea about the glucose tablets thing?

Sugary snack foods aren't going to give your body the nutrition it needs to function properly in the long run. You need to get in more healthy whole foods for a balanced diet.
