Well I have many red bumps that look a little like pimples all over the place right above my penis. I shaved yesterday. Is this normal?

Ya, it's normal, they will go away.

if im not mistaken, that means you either cut yourslef a bunch of times or that they will grow into ingrown hairs.

OK the red bumps are not cuts.

They are an irritation because you shaved.

Yes they will go away.
