most of the time, i suck my stomich in and everyone around me thinks im almost anerexic. but i still have fat even though hiding it has become so normal its just one of thoes things i do. (walk, talk, eat, sleep, suck in fat:rolleyes:)

anyway, i was wondering if it was my diet or my fitness thats causing fatness.

fittness: in recess and lunch i usually play soccer, but most of the time im just walking around talking, and only going for the ball occasionally. i have PE once a week where i run about 2.4 km, and i usually try my best at all sports they throw at me. comparing to everyone around me, im at about average to slightly below average fitness.

diet: my normal meal would be a small piece of chicken, 2.5 times as much vegitables, and rice (im asian!:D) but other then that i eat pasta, melted cheese on toast (my occasional breakfast), curry, and 2 min noodles. junk food is occasional, mabey ones every 3 - 6 months. - usually at the upper end of this scale.

You sound ok to me just keep excrising a eating healthy!

I'd ditch the melted cheese on toast, high calories and high fat. Try whole grain cereal, nonfat milk.

It takes time to rebalance one's metabolism. So, daily aerobic exercise (running, biking, fast walking) x Good, balanced diet = weight loss and muscle mass.

It has to be habitual, the word 'occaisional' cannot be used in that equation!
