i cant pull my foreskin back, i dont know if there is something wrong, but id like to find out any advice you have to give me and also is it normal that i cant pull it back ?

See a doctor, they can subscribe steroid creams which thins the skin and makes it easier to pall back. Or, you could gently pull back gradually yourself.

sme thing happend to me. i just tried to pull it bk a lil bit more every day. it will eventualy work. trust me!

As George said, pull it back every day, slowly and gently, doing it in the shower and bath is a great time to do it as the water helps it to pull back with ease

Just pull it out gradually... And stops just before it begins to hurt. I had this problem some years ago. :X
