There are lots of things that you can use just make sure you clean these items every time before and after using them.

The most important things to take into account are:-

done use anything sharp
use something with smooth edges
make sure its long enough, dont ever use anything that could get stuck up inside you
dont start with anything too thick, that would be uncomfortable
