Ok now you know the forum avatars the the member can put as there own?

And there is one above that one that says like mod admin whatever.....How would I implement that in to my forum? I tried just selecting the avatar for the class but it overwrites peoples avatars.

It's usually referred to as "Rank Image". Look for it in your ACP
To add your own images, there is usually a folder under the styles folder or template.
