How do you guys last so long?

Hey, after recently reading around the forum, I'm getting a basic idea for how long some people here can masturbate. I myself am terrible, with materials e.g: porn, I can last maybe 3 minutes before orgasm, and with nothing... my longest was about 12mins, with the so called "Stop and Go" method.

I was just wondering, to those guys who say they can masturbate for up to 30 minutes - 1 hour, can you let me in on your secrets? I mean, I honestly can't dream of lasting that long, but I want to! It really seems impossible to think that I could last that long, but it's something that I want. There must be some tips you guys have that could help me out, I would really be grateful for any advice.

you basically need to train yourself to not blow
use the stop and go method but make sure you stick to it for a certain amount of time. then next time make it longer and after that try to last longer again.

Well were not allowed to share techniques here, but what these guys have said sounds like good ideas to me. And also-3 mins? 12 mins? That's pretty long, at least compared to my time m. I cum in 30 to 90 seconds......
