GRRRRRR
My mum went into my room without my permission while I was at school and took away my razors and my knife. So now I have nothing to cut with and I'm FREAKING out. I had two shaving razors and dismantled one. I cant exactly use the other one cos I need it. And my mum will notice if I take a knife out of the kitchen.
It's been like three days and I really need to get it off my mind. I can't think about anything else, all my other cuts have like, almost healed and I need more to look at. Any ideas?

you could always try something creative, even if it doesn't turn out all that great. write a poem, draw some artwork or write a story :)

Run longer. Run until you can't think of anything else but stopping. And don't. Force yourself to keep moving. Only rest when you reach your destination.
That's one of the best ways to keep your mind off of cutting.
1) it keeps you occupied
2) it drains all of your energy so you wouldn't want to get up to go get a razor
3) it motivates you. If you can force yourself to keep going, you can force yourself to go without cutting.

I know you can do it. I'm here if you ever need to vent. Just PM me.<3

I know, I did run for as long as I could but I've not really been eating much lately. I kinda started feeling dizzy. I'm gonna go out again though. :) Thank you

It know it seems aggravating when your razors get confiscated from you, but it's all for the best and a good step forward on your way towards recovery.

Creative activities or anything that totally distracts from the outside world will help. Reading a good book, watching a movie, painting, drawing, writing stories, playing video games, gardening, decorating your room, cooking etc. Or even meeting up with friends if you feel up to it.

Also, running and trampolining are brilliant ways of distracting you from cutting. Run as fast as you can, run as far as you can from all the negativity and bitterness of cutting and the evil thoughts they leave inside your head. Run away from them, keep running until you can longer sense them. And on a trampoline, jump as high as you can, and keep jumping and jumping until the malicious thoughts in your head have vanished.

When they're gone, take a deep breath, a glass of water and rest. And a reminder: before doing a lot of exercise please make sure you eat plenty and eat a balanced diet. After exercise, please eat something, even if it is small such as a piece of fruit or a mini pot of yogurt.

Good luck with everything sweetie. PM me if you need anything else. :) <3

I eat a minimal lunch, no breakfast and no dinner.
and I don't eat on weekends.
But that's just me not being hungry (I'm perfectly healthy besides that..kinda. eh. lol)

But anyways... Eat a banana. Rest. Drink water. and take an asprin. That'll help your body relax some so you don't feel so stressed.
