2 questions:
When i have done loads of running in PE at school, like 5000m, the end of my penis gets very itchy and scratching it doesnt help, i hav 2 leave it for it 2 go away. Is this normal or do i hav some problem?
Second question: Sometimes under my foreskin gets very dry and it is sometimes hard to pull back. Do i need to keep it moist down there or just leave it?
Soz if a bit too much info. but they hav been worrying me for quite some time.
Any help wil b appreciated:yummy:

Is this a retraction issue? Can you generally pull it back OK? If nit, do the gentle stretching exercises in the shower and retract when you urinate.
If the tip is dry, you can try a little Vaseline jelly or a bit of baby oil and see what happens. I suspect that it's being irritated esp. when you run b/c of the extra jiggling and friction, so it might be a good idea to put a bit on before then and see if it helps.

As for problem number one my thinking is that you might have a case of jock itch which is very common. You can treat it over the counter, and you can use medications like Tinactin or something along those lines. The following link from the Mayo Clinic might be of use to you: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/jock-itch/DS00490
Just make sure you are changing your underwear everyday, and you might want to invest in a new jock strap as well sanitize anything that has come into contact with your genitals. You definitely want to watch out when you masturbate as you can easily spread the infection.
If you don't have an infection but a simple case of dry skin, then you should ensure your body is lubricated by using a good lotion or cream on your skin daily.
