Periods

Hey question: how long does your period go for?
Mine goes for about 7 days..i think this is quite long and very annoying lol

my period lasts usually around 4-5 days but it changes sometimes....but my periods are pretty regular. 7 days is long but is perfectly normal. :) Does anybody else think that periods are such a nuisance...it always comes at the worst time too! lol

mine last 4-5 days.. but I have friends (http://filme.hitmeister.de/box-friends-die-komplette-1-staffel-554865/) who have their's for a week, like you. Don't worry about it.. it's just a long time. Best thing to do is just try to accept it.. and get on with things. Try not to let it stop you doing things

mine ually lasts 3 days
but since being on my new pill it had changed it now lasts 10 days and its torture and hell

Periods can be anything between 2-8 days. It all depends on the girl.

Mine used to be 4 or 5 but recently they are going on for a full week. It's annoying!

Mine last 5 days now. I've managed to work out within the exact hr each month when it'll start. Unfortunately, I'm always in a lesson during that hr. Before going on pills though, it was a pure nightmare. 8 very bad days, with only a week between them, or 2 weeks if I was lucky. Thank goodness for pills.
Although, I agree the timing is always inconvienient. Always on holiday, or when going swimming.

mine are 7-9 days and very heavy tampons have to be changed ever 2hours >_> IT SUCKS!

mine are usually 6 days... Last one I had I cramped so badly I was crying and I had to leave school.... and they DO come at the WRONG TIME. I got mine on the last date with my bf before he left for 3 weeks and when he gets back it'll start again.... it SUCKS!!!!!!!!

My periods began about 8 months ago & they aren't really regular (I skipped my last one)...
Even so, they're usually 7 to 8 days and always seem to come at the wrong time (i.e. during sport lessons =/ ).
My heavy flow doesn't help either!! hehe
Just wanted to ask: Do you prefer tampons or sanitary towels?

Mine's usually about 5 or 6 days. And i definatley do agree that it ALWAYS comes at the worst time. It's always during a vacation, a party, holidays, and any other inconvenient time :eek:

I've had mine for 5 years and at the beginning they lasted for 7 days now after the pill they last for 3-4 days. :D
