Yeah for sure, even sometime you will notice that when you are cold or it's cold outside, your testicles retract closer to your body, and when you are warm they hang really lose.

This is because sperm has to be kept at a certain temperature and when it's too cold it goes closer to your body to warm up, and the opposite for when it's too warm.
