when i fantasize its always about hurting and blood
i used to kiss my girlfriend and bitedown till it draws blood
ive had counceling about it but it hasnt helped
please give me some advice and is it a normal thing for a 16yr old

Typically, as long as it stays in your head, it's OK. Thoughts, feelings, fantasies, urges are harmless until you act on them, until you turn the thought into action.

Now, why you fantasize about blood and violence is another matter, and you might want to explore within yourself and try to better understand the reasons violence and aggression (biting and blood) are exciting for you. That way, you can addres the underlying cause for this, and maybe relieve yourself 9and your partner!) of the need/desirability of engaging in violent sex acts.

If you cannot do this on your own, or if you find that you cannot control the urge, then it might be wise to go back into counselling to sort this all out. sometimes, it takes another, professional person (and some time) to accomplish this.

Until then, keep it all in your head.
