Imroving.
Need better text.
Make the render clear and blend it with the BG.
Make the image support itself using gmaps and filters.
Needs flow.
Work on your borders.

Possibly the three hardest things on Photoshop.
Flow - Takes practice.
Text - Ask Redboy, it's very hard to get right.
Smudging - Follow my tut or ask Desi/Titan.
