As for your belly getting really bloated my guess is that you must eat really big helpings. If bloating is becoming a real problem for you, then I suggest you reduce your portion size to see if that reduces your problems. Also, watch how much salt and sodium you intake as that might also impact your bloating. You can always take a products like Tums or Gas-X to reduce your bloating, but make sure you talk with your parents and doctor before doing so as those products are medications which must be taken carefully.

As for things with which to masturbate, I am unclear on your question?
