I have come to a crossroads I can A slug him in the face, or B brake him and his girl friend up, what should I do, and don't fucking say talk to him about it he will not do anythning.

Well, I'm sorry buddy, but you shouldn't interfere with your parents relationship...

If you really need to get something off your chest, just sit your dad down in a nice, calm, MATURE way and explain to him your feelings. If he's your dad, he'll listen. He loves you more than you know it, or more than you want to accept, he's just caught up in a relationship of his own. If you really need to get away though, howabout spending some time with your mom?

As harsh as it sounds, him and his girlfriend are really none of your business. No use trying to break them up, because your dad will be more of an asshole.

And what will punching him in the face solve?
You should really try the diplomatic approach. Talk to him.

But do something to get you out of the house for awhile.
Spend a few nights at a friends, get some space between you and your dad.
Maybe he's thinking that YOU'RE being the asshole. So just go, come back and try to talk. See if things get better.

I have been trying to talk to him for years it does not work because he is in dinial.

He said these things about me and the rest of my family

maybe if you were not such a littleshit head things would be different(talking about me coming over every weekend and him thinking it is not fair)

The reason punching him will do something is it worked before, I chucked a big spachula at him, one cut hil leg and the other hit him in the groin.

My mom has told me she's wanted me dead.. she's given me things and taken them away just to make sure i'm not happy. But the thing is... you have to live your life. Sure, it's extremely heart-wrenching to know/feel that your parents despise you.. you have to pick yourself up and let them come to their senses.

My dad has smashed a computer, WHILE i was on it, he's thrown me through a glass door, and shoved me down stairs.
Living conditions get hard.. and sometimes LIVING is just plain unbarable.. but you have to do it.
Life is meant for living. Don't take it for granted.
